Nail painting base

so yes, here is yet another base. you are not required to use this, but if you do please follow the rules on the picture. Anyway, i'd just wanted to make a base out of this picture for a while and i just got around to it recently. so here it is, i forgot to add the nails so if you want to, be my guest, i may or may not fix it later.
